房地产经纪人® is a federally registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. 任何想要 to become a 房地产经纪人® member of the 立博体育赛事房地产经纪人协会 will need to hold an active real estate or appraiser's license. All primary REALTORS® will automatically hold membership with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS®.

The annual renewal rate of $409 includes membership with both organizations.

In order to join the Association, you will need to pay the prorated amount of your membership fees and an application fee. The Atlanta Association's fiscal cycle runs October 1 - September 30, while GAR's and NAR's fiscal cycles are based on a calendar 一年，1月1日至12月31日.

Non-member licensees are unable to reap any 协会的好处 nor are able to use the 房地产经纪人® marks in conjunction with their business. Per the dues membership requirements, the 指定的房地产经纪人® is responsible for paying dues for all licensed agents within the organization including non-member licensees. If someone is under a non-member licensee status, this could be for a couple of reasons:
- They never submitted a membership application nor paid the application fee so they are under a non-member licensee status. The Association simply received a payment for their annual dues. The non-member licensee must simply submit a membership application and application fee to become an active 房地产经纪人® member reaping full 协会的好处.
- 他们没有完成他们的任务 new member training requirements 在要求的范围内 时间框架. They must reapply and repay the application fee only in order to rejoin. They will then be given another 6 months to complete the necessary training.

If the training was completed online or administered by an outside provider within the appropriate time-frame, please submit proof of completion to membership@jba-fukuoka.com, in order for 房地产经纪人® status to be reinstated. If training has not been completed within the triennial cycle, then they must reapply and repay the application fee only in order for 房地产经纪人® status to be reinstated.

A 房地产经纪人® Emeritus is any person who has held membership in the National Association of REALTORS® as a 房地产经纪人®, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, 或者两者的结合, for a cumulative period of 40 years. The 房地产经纪人® Emeritus will also have served on a national committee for at least one year to achieve this status. 批准 by the Board of 董事 of the National Association of REALTORS®, no further payment of dues is necessary to the local, 州或全国协会. 除了会费减免, 房地产经纪人® Emeritus members are also no longer required to complete NAR's Triennial 职业道德守则培训.
